Delivery Time and Shipping
6.1. We provide our customers with delivery service with the following options:
- Self-collection – Free – from the store at Ahuza 96, Ra’anana – during working hours only: Sun-Thu 10:00-16:00, or after hours by appointment only.
- Home delivery – 50 NIS – for purchases over 600 NIS – Free! | Up to 3 business days – to any location nationwide.
Susanna Milano will not be responsible for delays in product delivery in the following cases:
- Force majeure and without affecting the generality of the aforementioned, war, hostilities, emergency situations, and natural disasters.
- Postal service strike
- Any other reason beyond the site owner’s control.
Cancellation and Exchange Policy
7.1. In cases where a customer wants to return an item, they can only do so with a full refund within 24 hours. If the 24 hours have passed, a customer may receive a credit note within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
7.2 In cases where the return was not due to a defect or non-conformity, according to the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancellation of transaction), a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value will be charged.
7.3 Items defined as SALE cannot be returned/exchanged.
7.4 The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the item is returned, only to the payment method from which the order was made. It will be carried out under the same conditions as the original transaction (i.e., a transaction made in instalments will be refunded in the corresponding number of instalments
